Refund policy

This policy applies only to online retail purchases made through our website.
It does not apply to in-store purchases, alterations, custom garments, made-to-measure items, or services of any kind.

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of purchase.

Returned items must be in original condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
