Purchase Options Policy (Online Retail Only)

This policy applies only to online retail purchases made through our website.
It does not apply to in-store purchases, alterations, custom garments, made-to-measure items, or services of any kind.

From time to time, we may offer certain online retail products under the purchase options outlined below. Availability of these options will always be clearly stated on the product page.

Subscriptions

Some retail items may be available as a subscription.

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select at checkout. Your payment method will be securely stored, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term unless canceled.

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time. A link to manage your subscription can be found in your order confirmation email or customer account.

Returns and refunds for subscription orders are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to purchase select retail items that are not yet in stock or are scheduled to become available at a later date.

When placing a pre-order, we may collect full payment, partial payment, or no payment at checkout. If a partial payment is collected, the remaining balance will be charged once the item is ready to ship.

You may cancel a pre-order before it has been fulfilled. Once a pre-order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation but may qualify for a return or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Pre-orders apply to standard retail items only and do not include custom or altered garments.

Exclusions

Alterations, custom garments, made-to-measure items, services, and in-store purchases are not eligible for subscriptions or pre-orders and are governed by separate policies.
